• All items are handcrafted. Slight variations in shape, texture, and finish are expected and celebrated as part of the piece’s identity.
• Natural materials (wood, palm fiber, etc.) may vary slightly in tone, grain, and appearance.
• Color may appear different due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm all dimensions and ensure proper site access (doors, elevators, stairs, etc.) before ordering.
• We are not liable for delays caused by material availability, shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
• All products are intended for indoor residential use unless clearly stated otherwise.
