• All products at Thuluth Studio are made-to-order and handcrafted specifically for each customer.
• Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins.
• After production starts, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Returns or refunds are accepted only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or significant damage during shipping.
• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description.
• In approved cases, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
• Natural variations in wood grain, woven fibers, color tones, and handcrafted finishes are considered part of the product’s unique beauty and are not considered defects.
